Getting a little obsessed with this oatmeal lately.
Yuuuumm dinner. Ezekiel spaghetti with chickpeas, sauteed veggies in lemon juice, spices, and garlic. along with lightly steamed broccoli and brussel sprouts.
* Also went to long run today. ran for 65 min.. probs ~8.5 miles

Also did a little tempo today.
Warmed up for ten minutes, then did a 15 minute tempo run (first mile was 6:25); not sure of the splits for the rest of it. Then cooled down for eight and a half min.

not really sure as to what this was, I was just trying to get rid of all the leftovers in my fridge.. A bed of spinach/kale topped with organic split pea soup, whole wheat roasted garlic couscous, black beans, tomatoes, carrots, and red onion. Also had a side of steamed broccoli and brussel sprouts.
